Back in October 2020, I decided to create a mental health focused Instagram account. I thought it would be a fun place to share my own mental health journey along with everything I’m learning in graduate school. In just a few short months, it’s become an incredible community for people looking for a safe space to learn and share about mental health.
Following the Instagram, I decided to start an Emotional Support Lady Substack so I could create additional content about all things mental health. Free subscribers get access to a weekly blog. And for $5 a month, you also receive an advice column and an ESL podcast on alternating Thursdays. I think one of the best ways to heal is to share our stories and I am so proud to be able to do that on a regular basis through Emotional Support Lady.
